New legislation and guidelines for medical communications

A great overview on the global implications of FDAAA Legislation, as written by Liz Wager, is now accessible at the keywordpharma.com website. The follow-on to Liz’s first Good Publication Practice Guidelines, the so-called GPP2 are in development, as discussed in an article in Pharmaceutical Marketing Europe, January/February 2009 issue. I can’t see it yet on the website (www.pmlive.com/europe) but it may appear soon.

Further to Jane MacDougall’s comment, you can find Liz’s article: Medical Writers and Peer-Reviewed Journals: Understanding the Rules and Responsibilities here.
